My ENTER was boosted by 3 points last year because I live in a rural area%2C and I nearly found out too late to apply for the uni I wanted. My base score was something like 1.5 points under. The good news is that it may be possible for me to get in through the second round offers%2C if they don%27t fill the quota from the first round offers. The bad news is that there are 40%2C000 Queenslanders who got an OP%2C and only 239 places in the course...%0D%0A%0D%0AIf all else fails I can go to the Carseldine campus %28with a cutoff of 11%29 and then transfer to the Gardens Point campus after a year. %0D%0A%0D%0A%3Eis there any way possible to take the test%28I %0D%0A%3Eassume its a test of some kind%29 again%3F or redo it%2C or something%3F %0D%0A%0D%0AYou can ask the QSA to revise your OP%2C but it costs %2433%2C or you can redo grade 12 if your results are %5Bb%5Dreally%5B%2Fb%5D bad. Fortunately my results aren%27t bad enough to make me do that. Also%2C one of the factors determining the OP is the Queensland Core Skills test%2C which was done in early september under -very- strict conditions %28the whole of Queensland did it at %5Bi%5Dexactly%5B%2Fi%5D the same time%2C the papers were kept in a locked strongbox%2C if you had to leave the test%2C a supervisor had to accompany you%2C that sort of thing.
