Recently%2C I%27ve been on a Metroid kick and thought it would be nice if there were another character to use as an alternate to our beloved Samus.  This person would not replace her%2C oh no.  Instead%2C I was thinking he could be like a suplement%3B someone who can take out badies and get into places Samus can%27t%2C and vice versa. Arm mounted vibro blades can become hinged scythes%2C connected to the arm at the wrist%2C and controlled by hand movements. Being raised by a man whose business was piracy%2C Sikorsky expected that Arcus would take on the family %22business.%22  Thus%2C he was taught everything there is to know about piracy and terrorism%2C and well schooled in melee and guerilla combat skills and ancient forms of swordplay.  Sikorsky even went as far as to use information found in a supposedly %22lost%22 Chozo Database to make a power suit similar to that of the dreaded bounty hunter%2C Samus Aran.  The Kail Clan are among the few and rare groups in the galaxy with any familiarity with Chozo technology%2C and they used this to their full advantage when the clan turned to piracy as their mainstay.%0D%0A%0D%0AAs a child%2C Arcus never knew why he was taught the vicious pirate tactics and melee skills%2C nor did he understand why his father would often come home with any number of technologies or treasures.  He also never understood why sometimes they would come back with their prizes%2C but with one or two of their number missing.  When Arcus turned twelve standard years old%2C Sikorsky took him out to see the family at work%2C and what Arcus saw horrified him as little or no mercy was shown to ill-equipped federation guards and civilians as they raided a research colony.  After that day%2C Arcus secretly swore to bring his family to justice when the opportunity presents itself.%0D%0A%0D%0AIt did so when Arcus was presented with the Blade Armor%2C the bioarmor built with Chozo Technology.  Over the past standard year%2C the Kail Clan had watched in silent trepidation as their more powerful rivals succumbed to the onslaught that was Samus Aran.  Recognizing the Chozo technology in Samus%27s bioarmor%2C Sikorsky decided that Arcus%2C who had been vigorously trained since he could walk%2C would be the one to don the only bioarmor suit they were able to produce with their limited resources.  He would be the one that would rival Samus and bring the Kail Clan to the glory they had sought for half a century.%0D%0A%0D%0AOn the day that he was presented his bioarmor amid much fanfare%2C he snuck into the control center of the remote station that was their home and flooded it with anaesthezine gas%2C putting everyone to sleep.  He then summoned the Federation Police Force and had his entire family arrested.  He accepted the numerous bounties that had been on the heads of the clan and%2C using his own pirate fighter ship%2C set off on a career of bounty hunting.  Within months%2C he made a name for himself as he took out one pirate syndicate after another.  He felt that it was a big enough galaxy and that there were pirates a plenty to go around.  However%2C he never expected that he would walk on someone else%27s armored toes.%0D%0A%0D%0AWhen the job for taking out a rather industrious pirate group came up only two qualified applicants turned up%3A Samus Aran and Arcus Kail.  It was decided that Arcus would get the job and Samus express discontent with this news.  As soon as he had returned and collected his bounty%2C he encountered Samus.  An escalation of aggression ensued and resulted in the swift evacuation of the FPF Station.  The fight lasted for nine hours and was recorded by a clever News Network that hacked the station%92s security feeds.%0D%0A%0D%0AAfterwards%2C Samus and Arcus were made to fund the repairs to the station along with a fine.  All told%2C it came to 2%2C000%2C000 credits for each of them.%0D%0A%0D%0AFinal Observations%3A%0D%0AKail is a vicious bounty hunter who relies on ancient forms of sword and shield play combined with vicious melee and guerilla combat skills.  If confronted in a hostile situation he will react with force.  Outside of his operations as a bounty hunter%2C little else is known of him.  However%2C a visit Arcus made to his father in Epsilon 5 Maximum Security Penitentiary was recorded and logged. The only problem I have now is that I have no way of uploading anything to anywhere.  My dad does not trust me with any of his computers or internet connection because of a few isolated incidents with spam email and viruses.
