I don%27t think pulling your Food Service Attendant duty during the Service Management Certification inspection is much fun either.%0D%0A%0D%0ABasicly%2C what that means is that I get to be menial grunt boy in the galley for three months...  But what makes this oh-so-special is that I got %28un%29lucky and wound up with this inspection during my FSA period.  I kid you not%2C this inspection is the worst nightmare come true for a resturaunt manager.
