Their %22Legal%22 section just states they%27ll take down anything they%27re requested to%2C and then pleas for companies to see that noone would download files if they didn%27t own the games.  It then claims that they%27re not impacting an already minimal niche market.  While I largely agree%2C this in no way makes it legal.  I%27m amazed they haven%27t been shut down yet%2C as they do seem more than a bit flagrant.%0D%0A%0D%0AI don%27t know exactly what to think here.  I occasionally don the eye-patch %26 cutlass%2C if you catch my drift%2C so I%27m not opposed to people getting mp3s online.  I just don%27t want to see this misrepresented as a %27legal%27 download site.  I feel that one should be fully self-aware when breaking the law.
