Apparently it%27s gone all ebook on me -- which I%27m not opposed to%2C mind -- and so I%27m asking here.%0D%0A%0D%0AChief%2C do you get a larger cut %28or any cut%3F%29 from the ebook version as opposed to the dead-tree edition%3F  I image we%27re talking nickels here but if one lands more money in your pocket as opposed to the other I%27m fine with that route.%0D%0A%0D%0A--sofaspud%0D%0A--would%27ve revived the old thread%2C but didn%27t want to risk forum breakage

I set the Kindle version up directly%2C it doesn%27t have any association with the people who print the physical version.
