As a by-product of such%2C I wound up spending a night in jail%2C and owing a bar a new pool table.  This ended in my having a restraining order placed on me by my ex.  Well%2C last night%2C my roommates brought a few more women over for a small orgy to take place in their room.  I come home from work late to find said ex in my kitchen%2C naked%2C fixing margarita%27s.  Well%2C needless to say%2C I%27m not very happy about this%2C as she %5Bi%5Dhad%5B%2Fi%5D to have known that it was my house%2C what with my car and both my motorcycles parked out front%2C plus the pictures of my family on the mantle that had%2C until recently been on %5Bi%5Dour%5B%2Fi%5D mantle.  Scrag.%0D%0A%0D%0AJust to make things a wee bit better%2C on Monday the 13th%2C my mother entered the hospital after OD%27ing on heroin.  Now%2C mind you this is not the first time that something like this has happened%2C so I just brushed it off.  At 0230 on Tuesday morning%2C her father %28Papa%29 called me to tell me that she had up and died.  Now%2C mind you%2C I have no love lost for my mother%2C being as she would routinly spend money on drugs instead of food%2C and was%2C without exaggeration%2C a whore.  But%2C I figure that as the only heir of hers that is over the age of 18%2C it%27s kinda my job to deal with all the bullshit like funerals%2C squaring away debts%2C making sure that my younger siblings %2815 and 9%29 are taken care of.  Well%2C my younger brother is being taken in by his father.  All well and good.  But it would appear that not only does no-one in my family want my little sister %28the 9 year old%29 but the california CPS won%27t allow me to adopt her %28or my little brother for that matter%29 because I do not have a %22stable enough household%22.  Now%2C I haven%27t done drugs in about 5 years%2C and very rarely drink more then one or two beers.  I live in a three bedroom townhouse%2C and make in excess of 50k%2Fyear.  WTF%3F I mean%2C I could see not letting me adopt random children%2C but these are my %5Bi%5D%5Bb%5Dsiblings%5B%2Fi%5D%5B%2Fb%5D for fucks sake.  So%2C my sister is gonna wind up in foster care%2C and my brother is gonna be living with a pot-smoking%2C alcoholic%2C abusive mechanic.  Wee. Let the judge know that you don%27t want her %28or her crowd%29 around your place as you are trying to get custody of your sister.  Remark on the margartia story - if that%27s not a flagrant abuse of the restraining order on you%2C than I don%27t know what is.%0D%0A%0D%0A2.  Where in cali are you%3F  I think I know of some folks in the sf area who can get you some advice on legal custody.  Also%2C you may want to check out www.custodyreform.com%2C family-law.freeadvice.com%2C or www.dadsdivorce.com.  You%27re not her father%2C but some of the same methods of gainig custody might apply in your case.  Also%2C I think you can ask that her foster care happen with in a certain region.  I%27m surprised that the child custody folks are giving you this much grief - did your sister say she wanted to live with you%3F  I think kids have a say in this.%0D%0A%0D%0A3.
