Indeed. We've seen Kane's World once before, in an extremely short and incoherent Exile story entitled Inception.

Dorothy comes from there for a very simple reason that has to do with the similarity of the art style between Big O and a certain American-designed series which also had key episode animation by Tokyo Movie Shinsha. :)

Maybe someday. I've started such a story, but haven't made a whole lot of progress on it.
