Maybe so. There are also those who can gather enough data to form fairly strong suspicions through more mundane observations. For example, if you were to ask Azalynn, she would tell you that they smell different. Not bad... pretty good actually... but different.

That may have more to do with the fact that (these) Cephireans aren't quite normal humans, though, and not the dimensional displacement per se.
