Not generally - at least, not military vessels of allied forces (which, technically, the WDF, Zeta Cygni Defense Force - not that a ZCDF ship would leave the Zeta Cygni system - and IPO Space Force remain). They would probably raise a few eyebrows if, say, a fully equipped Constitution-class heavy cruiser showing civilian registry turned up and wanted orbital clearance, and might want to send a team of inspectors aboard to lock down weapons systems and generally rule out hostile intent, but so far that hasn't happened.
The EA isn't as conservative about weapons and self-defense as present-day Earth governments tend to be - hence the ability of the Duelists to wear their weapons in the US and Canada - but military-grade things, they do still have kind of a hang-up about, especially in recent years.
