Just as a matter of giving respect where it's due, I far prefer Captain America in his tin hat to the Cap in his spandex. As someone with bugger all emotional investment in the character, he looks way better in his modified WW2 squaddie outfit; seeing the shots of that action figure, I can just imagine him on Omaha Beach, deflecting storms of bullets with his shield while returning fire with a BAR and screaming encouragements to the guys who're bogged down behind tank traps around him... good stuff.

Hell, but maybe it's just me; I've got a fixation on WW2.
