Or Megazone, or Edison Bell, Lord F, or as you note, one or more of the masters of the Jedi order. Just because right now they are dispersed and working individually doesnt mean that they dont stay in touch with each other... They are just very cautious about it to avoid leading anyone who might be after them to another of the order till UF G gets Master Windu to support the IPO idea and the order basicly comes back in out of the cold. Hell, It could even be someone on the Genom side of the fence, either to warn Largo, or just to know so maybe they could 'lead' Largo to his downfall, much like the claim of how you lead a pig.
