Officially, Codename Lovely Angel is Trouble Consultant team #261. The 3WA Central Computer apparently got them Apartment 261-A in an effort to be Precious. (Which, given that the 3WA Central Computer is FUCKUP's secret identity, is probably to be expected. :)

Right. To use a real-world forensic example (from the days before DNA analysis), if your suspect is blood type O, and the sample you have is blood type O, that doesn't prove it's the suspect's blood; but if it's blood type A, that does prove it isn't.
