Since this is a thread of questions, I might as well ask one, especially as I don't want to put it in the original thread as it seems somewhat out of place there. Utena's (typed) signature on the letter "Operation TRIDENT: The Hard Part" has the middle initial "R", and I cannot for the life of me recall if we've ever seen that before, and if so, what it stands for.
