They were Luthor goons against a preCrisis Superman. They didn't stand a chance. Still, snazzy outfits.

I'm rereading all the CSIs just to catch myself up, and while on Parallel Lines it mentions that Grissom has known Jaime Hyneman and Adam Savage for awhile. And with Griss being revealed as a Jedi, it just struck me where he could know Jaime from. The Order! Was this plotted out that far in advance or am I just drawing connections where there are none?

Oh yeah, from a writing standpoint this is the "mid season" climax, so of course Broadbank has to escape, metaphorically twirling her mustache. It's part of the continuing ramp up for the "season finale." But, I take your point about unconsciously underestimating Clarissa, especially through the context of what they went through that night. I just had a "huh" moment there. I mean, Brass got tossed around by Geoff Depew a year earlier, so I figured he would have thought twice :D
