Under normal circumstances, probably, but, if he's still not readily able to discern Sara's intentions, he at least knows her well enough by now to know that it irritates her when people make assumptions. :)

Well, one assumes her current job has a different dress code, at least unofficially. Police organizations do tend to like their agents to present a tidy and professional appearance to the public, assuming those agents aren't undercover as drug dealers.

But yeah, she's a little more on her dignity nowadays. And there's Lindsey to set an example for. God knows she wouldn't want her little girl getting the idea that it's okay to dress like that in public. :)
