I'LL DO IT! I've twiddled with some web scripts on my site that approximates an online guide. Here's a link, it's The Hacker's Guide to the Internet -- just click on "Look Out!!". I'd be happy to collect the posts and format them into a separate guide for you guys. I've got a load of sorting and searching scripts to write, but the basic functions work.
