I tell my friend about these stories all the time but he's never really committed to reading anything, but it's fun to point him at certain stuff out of context.

Earlier today he said he would kill for a Hellboy/Ghostbusters crossover, and I said to him, 'I'm sure that's something Eyrie has done in some capacity', so here I am checking to see if it's actually true.

Not quite. The Halloween Mini-Story two-parter from a few years ago, The Other Side, features the Ghostbusters and several characters Hellboy works with at the UF version of the BPRD, but he isn't in it himself. They are certainly adjacent within the UF universe after that story, though.
