I actually put a lot of work into trimming things back, given that Christmas is a time for gatherings of friends and family, and over the years, the Wedge elders have accrued a lot of those. What appears in CR is about the absolute minimum that would simply have to be present - people whose absence at this time couldn't be explained, like the kids, who are all still too young to have left home, and so forth. You'll notice a lot of the neighbors and the Roses' adopted brood have all split the scene, and Corwin's mother is coming to visit on Christmas Day (that'll be in A Rose for the New Year), but she's not bringing her sisters and their families too.

(Actually, I omitted Corwin's aunts for two reasons: one is that Aunt Bell has a sizeable family of her own at this point and it would have gotten very confusing; and the other is that Corwin really really does not need his Aunt Urd around right now. She'd smell the change in him in an instant and be all over trying to help, which would be bad.)

Got to pay attention to those date stamps; Christmas Rose is in 2404, Cybertron Dreams in 2412. :)

Guy is generally overshadowed by his sister and her best friend - he doesn't have much of a choice, given how forceful their personalities are, especially Sylvie's. Plus, he's behind them on the development curve 'cause he's a boy. In a year or two, when he hits the upslope and starts coming into his own, he should break out of that, and by the time of Cybertron Dreams he has his own arc that I'll get around to showing one of these days.

Nobody gets Zoner, baby - he's the wind.

>2) Utoniums?

What about them?

>3) More Swordplay!!!!

There wasn't anyplace to put more. There'll be some in New Year, though, oh yes indeedy. :)
