-------------------------------
Zoner turned around from the grill, interest on his face, and
leaned forward over the counter to ask, "Was it the one where you're
standing on top of a pyramid in sort of sun-god robes while a thousand
naked women are screaming and throwing little pickles at you?"
-------------------------------

*shatter*

I am not even going to ATTEMPT to interpret that dream .
I sorta have a feeling it would be kinda like trying
to figure out one of the Great Old Ones .

-------------------------------
Zoner looked disappointed and turned back to his work,
muttering, "(Why am I the only one who has that dream?)"
-------------------------------

Simple ... you're Zonerish (no idea what that means exactly
but it seems fitting . Anybody got a definition for it?).

But enough of that , time for a serious comment (yaright).
I've just finished reading both the Third Movement and
Azalynn's story and must say this

GREAT STUFF

I've missed stories like this . Calm stories which make
you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside after reading them .
Wonderful work showing the joys of the simple , careless and
happy life (even if it's only for a season like Christmas) .
Most of 'Rose for the New Year' can be summed up by NERV's slogan
(ok , wrong fic but can I help it if it seems so fitting ?)
and even the 'deeper' parts don't get all gloomy .
Azalynn's tale is a bit different , but all in all giving off
similar vibes in my opinion .
Stories to read when you're feeling down and need a lift of
spirit .

One other thing . As Corwin and Utena are discussing
Dorothy's case our favorite demigod mentions a crisis
concerning telepaths .
Sounds awfully familiar for some reason , no?

'Looks like a storm is brewing here ,
I'd better get moving !'
(the quote is by Jubei from Ninja Scroll , but somehow I
feel it's appropriate for this spot . go figure :))
