"So - you wanna fool around?"
"Len's still here!"
"Bah! You always were the timid type."

"Zeppelin, actually," replied Corwin offhandedly. "Rigid is better."
There was a rather awkward pause, in which Corwin's face slowly went bright scarlet.
"Um," said Corwin.

You bastard. Not only have you done it again, you did it to me twice! ^_^

I do have a bit of a question, though. When Corwin asks Utena what the name of her old sword was, she says she never learned its name. Was she never told that it was called the Sword of Dios? It's referred to by name later on when Corwin gives her the Thorn of the Rose, which is why I'm wondering. Or does the name only count if she came up with it, or what? (I've only seen the first three episodes of Utena, and my interests don't run towards weapon customs, so I really have no clue here.)

Dorothy's responses to Utena in their discussion remind me a lot of early Data from Star Trek: The Next Generation. I kept wanting to beat him over the head whenever he denied having any emotions. It was obvious from the first episode that he did *too* have them and tried desperately to hide them for some reason. Fortunately, Dorothy appears to be taking a different, altogether healthier path, at least for now. I hope.

Very spiffy job, as usual. I would kind of like to know exactly what the New Avalon Symphony's New Year's program is, since aside from "Sing, Sing, Sing" I don't remember seeing it. Of course, I'm a musician, so I think that kind of thing is cool. (Weirdness, thy name is Kingcake.) Oh, and I love how everyone, including Skuld, knows exactly what Corwin is thinking with regard to Utena, even if he doesn't. ^_^

And... oh, great, I've run out of praise and comments. Nothing to do but wait for the next movement!
