Omega 2 isn't only for WDF personal. In Redneck: Wilderness, a number of CFMF officers also get the Detian treatment. This is backed up by part of Twilight Part Six concerning James Joseph Condorcet XX:

So, it's very possible for everyones favorite ambassador and his bodyguard to still be around thanks to Omega-2.
