1. No organization I'm involved with would ever do random drug tests.

2. Detians can metabolize out any toxins, etc - which is how they can go from shitfaced to sober in 30 seconds. It is a learned talent - basically accelerating natural effects. So with something like booze you sweat profusely and suddenly need to piss *right now* - and you may get an instant hangover from dehydration. The effects of speeding up metabolizing THC aren't as severe so it probably doesn't have much of an effect - maybe killer munchies.
