I would tend to doubt that a human with the Cybertronian technology involved in the Headmaster Process implanted in his body would need any other form of life-extension. See also PCHammer.

Some do, some don't. The Salusian royal family haven't. They have another method, which hasn't been explored, and probably won't be.
