Thank you for answering the question, Gryph. In expansion, the t'skrang are a species of 'Name-givers' (the Earthdawn term for sentients) that are distantly related to Dragons. They are semi-aquatic by nature, living in partially sunken cities and towns in the Serpent River, the major waterway of Barsaive, the game setting. T'skrang are flashy, extravagant, and well-known for their swashbuckling nature. "Jik'harra," mentioned by Sky in the SotS4 is the t'skrang word for "fearlessness" and is one of the four pillars of "haropas" or enlightenment. The other three are passion, preparedness, and balance.

Precisely, although he's a bit toothier than some. T'skrang generally look like bipedeal crocodilians of varying coloration, so their snouts and crests can differ. There are several very Skeksis-looking ones in the original Earthdawn, First Edition rules. Especially the t'skrang nethermancer (read necromancer).
