After all she is queen, she just put down a rebellion, and ED saved her life. I'd say the whole Turing III question is null and void. Would you want to piss her off by asking if he's passed a test?

As for the rest of it, I don't think Gyrph, Zoner, and Redneck have Salusian squads at their beck and call in their offical positions of "Knight Defender" I suspect the rules for them depend on the Queen.

And given the reason why she became Queen, why would she want the Knight Defenders to have small private armies? Pre-Tokagawa Japan demonstrates what a bad, bad idea it is. I think Tokagawa Ieasu and Queen Asrial both had excellent reasons to get rid of every noble's private army, don't you?
