Sensed the guy, without LOS from a couple of yards at least. >= P4. Didn't fugue him to keep him from doing a concrete jack-knife. <= P8, or not well trained. (Which is a good assumption, considering he's self taught, in three years. Even P12's take 5 or so years to learn how to do that.)

All things considered, I'd guess him at a P9-10.

He could have. Would have been *much* easier for him to make the person *want* to do it. We're talking orders of magnitude easier.

Yes and no. Lyta *before* she went into Vorlon space? No. Not a chance. She was only a P5. Lyta *after*? Well, she's got a slight advantage. She's not human. :-) It's like taking a hyper-valk into a wwII furball.
