I suspect that Pasha means "coimelin", a term from the Pendorian language of Elf Sternberg's "Journal Entries of Kennet R'yal Shardik" series of SF-erotica. "Coimelin", as far as I can gather, seems to refer to one's true love, with the understanding (and assumption) that an individual can have more than one coimelin.

Me, I find polyamory much too messy in the Real World, though it does make for happy fiction.
