Ah, crap, I should have posted about this. I learned about it a couple days ago (I have a Philips DreamStation, which is one of the affected models), and had a little bit of an argument with Philips's social media people about how they opened with a website saying "If you're a patient, stop using your machine and check back later."

(It now says "register here and we'll get back to you," which is not really any better. I'm getting by on the unit's retired predecessor, but people who have to turn their old machines in to their insurance companies to get a new one must be screwed.)
