Addendum: Reading between the lines a little bit, it looks like Philips can't legally come right out and say that the problem is caused by those ozone-saturation "automatic PAP cleaner" machines (which are not approved by the FDA or the manufacturer), but they make an awfully big deal out of not coming right out and saying it, if you get my drift.
