What this immediately puts me in mind of is a version of Captain Carter in a stylized Royal Navy uniform. I don't know if it'd be the "modern" one or the one the Wrens used, or maybe even something designed to be reminiscent of Napoleonic captains' uniforms. With the tight breeches, and the flowing coat with gold embroidery, and, and I need a minute.
