well, other people are suggestion, so I'll chime in too...
United Micro is very nice. Their configurator lets you mix'n'match (and leave out) parts as you like. Personally, I'd recommend the "INWIN Q500" case...it's a full tower (don't know if you go for that, but I hate anything smaller) that is really nice (both sides and the top come off independantly, and the backplane slides out with 2 screws, for easy assembly...assuming your heatsink isn't too tall :)

The two beefiest machines I have currently (me and SO) are both in this case...
