My apologies in advance if this has been asked before:In BGC:TIA you mention the WorldWatch organization both a previous employer and competitor with StarkWire. StarkWire is very much the rogue millionaire reporter doing his blog thing; WorldWatch...well what is WorldWatch? How does it compare to the Mainstream Media Empires of today? What's its history?
Most critically: how do reporters interact with WorldWatch? How do they prepare, submit, and compete in a world in of instant data flow?
In other words: how did reporters, media organizations, and reporting deal with the transition from print to web?
very interested in your response,
t.
