i did meet one of my writing heroes... tamora pierce....and after i babbled we talked and then she invited me out to lunch with her....and i've seen her several times since and we go to dinner and talk...after i got over the sqeee and babble impulse she was smart and nifty to talk to. there's a science fiction convention near me that i go to every year called confluence....meating authors i've found is nifty....tho' i have heard the stories about icky ones...apparently many people think robert j sawyer is an a######.

and not to be creepy but if i saw you at a con or something i would almost sqee and babble because i enjoy your stuff as much or more than most of the books i buy now adays.
