I have a CPAP as well. I've been on it for the last 10 years and it really makes a difference. I used to wake up with horrible headaches at the base of my skull from the oxygen deprivation, and I'd fall asleep driving into work. Since I was a 911 Dispatcher and my shift started at midnight, falling asleep twice on the interstate was a BAD THING.

And don't forget, if you need to hide under the covers from monsters in the room, you have a supply of fresh air! :)
