So my copy of "Off the Top of My Head" finally went to that great dustbin in the sky, and I hied myself over to Amazon to score another. Apparently it's gone all ebook on me -- which I'm not opposed to, mind -- and so I'm asking here.

Chief, do you get a larger cut (or any cut?) from the ebook version as opposed to the dead-tree edition? I image we're talking nickels here but if one lands more money in your pocket as opposed to the other I'm fine with that route.

I don't actually remember if it's bigger, but it probably is. I set the Kindle version up directly, it doesn't have any association with the people who print the physical version. You should get whichever one you'd rather have, though.
