Hello everybody. Long time reader, first time poster. I've been lurking around for quite awhile so I figured I'd finally get off my butt and register in case I actually have anything to say at some point. :)Anyway, I'm a big anime and scifi fan although my lack of time and money to spend on 'extras' means my exposure is limited, mainly things like hulu.

Does anyone actually find the site and immediately sign up for the forums or do we all just lurk for a while? Although I'm probably on the extreme side there, I lurked for about 9 years before joining the forums.

I'd wager that with the exception of a very few, the answer is definitely the latter. I know I lurked for around 5 years myself before actually signing in to the forums.Either way, welcome to the party not-actually-new member!
