Trivia:

- That tie Corwin's wearing? Actually Utena's. Not entirely sure Corwin owns any ties of his own. :)

- Warren may resemble Space Ghost slightly in his hawkcop mask; this is not entirely accidental, since Dave had another classic Alex Toth design, Birdman, in mind at the time.

- That is, indeed, Catwoman; she's not based in New Avalon normally, but it's not like it's difficult to get there from New Gotham. Presumably she's visiting Cassie.

- Similarly, Hiroshi "Captain Tomodachi" Morisato is usually based on, well, Tomodachi; but he visits New Avalon frequently and has been known to team up with the Utonium sisters pretty routinely.

- First "on-screen" appearance of Tara Markova, alias Terra, who spent a while as a Titan in unchronicled adventures before moving to the volcanic planet Magmalor (still listed on some older charts as Mustafar) to master her geokinetic powers under the tutelage of Warmaster Moltar, leader of the Lava Men.

- Dave tells me that Bubbles is, in fact, checking Hank McCoy out.

- Wally is smirking because he just arrived about a tenth of a second before the picture was taken. Courtney is not yet aware that he's even there.

Things I'm particularly fond of in this pic:

- Marty, as previously mentioned, towering over even Juggy and the Hulk.

- Jay Garrick's positioning between those two makes him look even skinnier than he actually is.

- Buttercup's pose.

- Liza's costume.

- The fact that Logan is unmistakable despite the fact that he's tiny and way in the back.

- The nice job Dave did of revising Cyborg's TV design so that his proportions fit into the rest of the pic.

Also, not in the gatefold so much as in general, I like the way Wakaba's outfit is different in each one. Costume? Not so much. :)

(And, you know, classic "All-New Justice League" cover comp except without having to look at Guy Gardner's mug. How can you lose?)
