Mm, I remember that discussion, but since Ben mentioned the Young Justice gang in the Arsenal entry, I thought a buyout must have happened- after all, YJ included (at least in our universe) various sidekicks of rather famous DC properties. Buyouts aren't unusual in the biz, after all- that's how DC ended up with the SHAZAM characters, as well as all the old Charlton and Atlas heroes. Well, if he did indeed buy 'em, more power to him, anyway.
