An enjoyable read, as always. Having now seen the sheer number of people involved, I can dimly comprehend the logistical difficulties you were having.That said, it feels like part 1.
You've connected a few dots, and we've seen some references to chunks of backstory (significant and minor-but-interesting), but for all the flash, and all the buildup...
...we don't get much.
We were expecting a wedding (like Corwin and Utena's guests), and we didn't get one (also like said guests).
We also don't get the major action sequence.
I -liked- this one, don't get me wrong, but I sincerely hope the next installment comes out soon. I think it will lose a lot of impact otherwise.
