My big question is.. does the IPO and allies not have any Intelligence Assets (or Spies as you prefer) snooping around? Yeah, it would have ruined the story as we know it to have Bond (James Bond) calling in with the info about a preemptive invasion of Tau Ceti a day or so early but for something as important as this wedding it really sucks to have it overshadowed and interrupted with a freaking war starting up.

And how in the world did they manage to hide the fleet and manpower buildup they would have needed to take the planet?
