Ok, I can worth with that. I forgot where I downloaded this "kit" for kitbashing images off the web, but I figured I would try out my beginner GIMP-fu on it.

Is this more what you had in mind? I'm no Chad or Larry, but I try. I can't get the lettering right yet, but the kit did have Star of Avalon Pennant that I was able to modify for the top warp nacelle. And I did move the Torpedo Bays to the nose instead of under the saucer. I thought it looked better recessed there.
