One thing I wasn't consciously expecting when I specced this image was how steampunk she'd end up being. I should have realized that would be the case, because steampunks are basically pirates with Machine Deco sensibilities, and she's wearing a gearwheel amulet - but it never really occurred to me until I saw the finished product. Not that this is in any way a problem; I adore this piece, and a little more every time I look at it. I'm just saying.
