... well, she did say "I'm an earthbender" back in Goodbye & Hello, when Korra asked her if she could handle herself in a fight. :)

Not yet, but there will be once it's had a little more screen time. It has features I don't want to show first in a metadocument.

I did, in fact, "prototype" Bellehaven in The Sims 3; the game model doesn't look exactly like the one in-story, but it's close enough for development work.

Oh, she was doing that kind of thing long before Tenzin played any part in her training. Using the other guy's fire against him is - well, it's not Firebending 101, but it's probably one of the first things they cover in 201.

Here and there. As Matt pointed out, it first appeared at his wedding back in Try, Try Again (as did the person who taught it to him), and was fairly prominent in What's Past Is Prologue when Korra maneuvered him into subbing for the Fire Ferrets' usual EB in an exhibition match.
