A client in the "home decorating" DLC for Animal Crossing asked me to make a band practice room.
I had to. --G. -><- Benjamin D. Hutchins, Co-Founder, Editor-in-Chief, & Forum Mod Eyrie Productions, Unlimited http://www.eyrie-productions.com/ zgryphon at that email service Google has Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam.

only thing I can possible quibble over, and it is a REALLY REALLY small nit, or maybe even investigating to closely... Clearly Animal Crossing doesn't have a way to handle out of window backdrops; which would either be looking out across the 'Daiqu Castle' or out the underwater window IMO.

>Clearly Animal Crossing doesn't have a way to handle out of window backdropsNo, no it does not. A lot of the interior wallpapers do have windows, but they're fairly small and you can't see anything out of them. They're basically just lights. There are a handful of wallpapers that do have a simulated "outside view" through larger windows, but they're predefined as part of the texture. Anyway, it's a console game, so beyond the fairly primitive paint tool provided for creating simple custom signs and clothing designs, there's no provision for allowing users to insert their own textures into the game world, which is what you would need to create a customized view out of a window. --G. -><- Benjamin D. Enh, he could photoshop them in, but that seems like more work than is worth it, and a studio like that wants control of the lighting anyways.
