No no, you have Ta-152 and Ta-154 mixed up. Two separate characters altogether, though I know a lot of fans have made the mistake.

Ta-152 is the one who looks like Fw-190, though a bit taller and likes to wear a scarf like Hien because she's a high-flying girl. She also acts a bit strange, having a five minute burst of hyperactivity, then getting very sluggish and sleepy (sort of like Ichiroku in Upotte!).

Ta-154 is the uber-genki girl Mossie loves to hate, though Dr. Von Braun was right that she's not really a clone. Or at least she wasn't originally intended to be one. Dr. Tank wanted her to be a bomber, but Germania's nightfighter team lacked for students and so some damned fool got it in his head that Ta-chan could serve as a nightfighter.

There's actually a short omake at the end of the "Q and K" chapter in the manga where they poked fun at how Ta-chan and He-219 ("Uhu") both ended up on the nightfighter team. They started out as bombers, then got drafted at the same time by rival faculty members, leading to an off-screen fight amongst the adults while the girls bemoan being stuck with such "uncute" uniforms.
