>Hmm, true.

While Spitfire gets all the attention, Hurry makes sure she stays down to earth, not allowing the fame to go to her head. And in return, Spitfire is always there to watch over Hurry when the going gets tough. They're sisters in all but name, such that you can't think of one without the other being far behind.

>By an odd coincidence, "I meant to do that!" is also Stuka's

As opposed to her battle cry, "LOOK OUT BELOW!"

Think what influenced my image of P-47 is that she's a light bomber masquerading as a fighter. While North American exploited aerodynamics and Lockheed doubled the engines, Republic looked at the need for speed and went the Clarkson route: "POWERRRR!" So while 51 could be Spitfire's American cousin and 38 a long-legged sprinter, 47 is most definitely a brawny prize-fighter. You could picture her and 40 sitting in a bar, each with a beer in hand, recounting "You should see the other guy!" stories.

>Yes. Also less confused!

Except during test time, when all those hours of slacking off due to the heat come back to haunt her.

>Ha! What were you, raised by wolves?

Yeah, definitely the dynamic I could see between the two.
