Yeah, most of the pictures would've been the girls in their pre-war uniforms to cut down on needed reference material. Though to be fair the school uniform colors match the standard duty uniforms.

I'm not entirely sure why 109's tie is missing. I'd say she's enjoying the Bohemian air of the Wiemar years but, well, kinda young for that. ;)

One could pass that off as artistic license; Kanna-esque characters with the stature to match their stated abilities are rare in this particular kind of anime. But yeah, fair cop.
