Simple poll: If there was going to be one and only one Kantai Collection fleet girl in an unspecified upcoming story, which one should it be?

One caveat: Aircraft carriers would be a bit unwieldy for the piece under consideration, so write-in votes will be considered, but the sales pitch would have to be pretty good. :)

Also, since there can be only one (as it were), characters who are part of a functionally indivisible tandem (like Ōi and Kitakami) are probably not strong candidates. (I hesitated to list Mutsu as a result.)

This is for a fleet girl as equipped and depicted in KC, not a Blue Steel hybrid.

Let's see what you think. I have my own notions, but will redact them for research purposes for now.
