While this is true, Tenryuu still has an ace up her sleeve (whether or not she likes it)- her sister Tatsuta, who's one of the quiet, smiling serial killer types- Akebono might call you a "Shitty Admiral" for trying to talk to her, but Tatsuta's response in the same situation is "Touching is forbidden, don't blame me when your hand falls off".

Because of her tendencies though, be wary when reading any doujin material with Tatsuta in it, because it's something of a coinflip. Heads, and she solves the Kongou-vs-Tenryuu situation by messing around with the orders when the Admiral isn't looking and reroute Kongou to the worst missions so Tenryuu looks better.

Tails, and she brings Admiral a nice delicious dinner in his office, only there's a familiar piece of radar mast headpiece sticking out of the roast.
