LAST EDITED ON Oct-27-18 AT 01:31 AM (EDT) Oh, cool, they've done an updated version. I have the original one from 2012, before New Coke Episode VII et al. (Judging by the copy of the io9 article, the author didn't know it's a revision of an existing book.)I have two favorite things about the original version of this book. One is that multi-configuration diagram that's shown in the io9 article, which is on page 15 of the original edition, and which shows that the "Portsider" (Daggerdisc) configuration is semi-hemi-demi-canonical. The other is the "Operational History" section, which claims that the Millennium Falcon had many names before she was called that, one of which was Wayward Son. --G. -><- Benjamin D. LAST EDITED ON Jun-23-19 AT 00:16 AM (EDT) I just picked up a copy of the 2012 version used. It's a fun read. I hope to score a used copy of the 2018 version as well, just for giggles. It would be nice to see what's changed. My only wish is that the options on the multi-configuration diagram were a little better explained. My poor eyes can't make out all the differences. ETA: Amazon *2* version of the 2018 volume, with different page counts, different ISBNs, and different publishers! EETA: One UK publisher, one US publisher. Mystery solved!
